knouseKnouse has called on Global Quality Consultants (GQC) for training sessions for several years concerning Product Recalls.  We always found the sessions to be comprehensive and interesting.  But recently for the first time in our 60 year history we faced the real thing.  We had a recall of 25 oz glass apple sauce product which had a chip on the finish of the jar that could become dislodged when the customer opened the jar.  When I look back on the training presented by GQC it was helpful and used during the recall process.  Also it was very important to have GQC immediately available for a phone conversation to obtain their opinion on how to handle unique situations that can and do arise during this time of very stressful happenings.  I appreciate having them as our consultants.
