Steve is a results driven executive with 26 years of global strategic leadership experience in quality assurance and risk management. He is passionate about developing and institutionalizing world-class quality systems that assure premium quality products while delivering outstanding business results. He believes that Companies must manage risk to PPM levels with systems that predict and prevent vs. those that inspect and reject.
We have functional experts that have held leadership positions within fortune 500 companies, that have been state senators, Professors at leading universities as well as former white house staff. It is for this reason our President and CEO frequently states, “We have been there and done that” in multiple areas of commerce and government. It is with this experience and capabilities that we have brought significant risk mitigation results to our clients.
He has gained this experience and passion working for Companies like Quaker Oats, Consolidated Containers and was Global Head of Quality for Clorox and Gerber Products. His firm works with companies around the globe to ensure that they stay out of the headlines or if do end up in a crisis they are well equipped to manage it effectively. GQC is the Retained crisis manager for XL Insurance Company LTD. (a Lloyds Syndicate) and their insured for North America. Steve has just been awarded an USDA Contract to work with the Malaysian Ministry of Health in evaluating and making recommendations on the reorganization of their Food Safety Systems.
